Yes this service will remove certain scratches, it simply depends on how deep the scratch actually is into the vehicle.

Do you have same-day appointments?
It's very unpredictable it simply depends on our schedule. If we are available and ready to go the day of than yes we will accept you, if we are booked than no we will not do same day appointments.
